The restaurant offers a variety of menus:
- The business menu, featuring a fast-service special as well as an à la carte menu
- At weekends, choose from the menu or try the Chef’s suggestions
- Book in advance to enjoy food that is specially adapted to your needs

- Homemade mi-cuit Foie Gras
- Petits gris snail croustades served with foie gras slivers
- Braised veal sweetbread casserole
- Estofinado Aveyronaise (flaked fish with mashed potato, eggs and cream)
- Salers ribeye steak
Opening hours: from 12.00 to 1.30 pm and from 7.00 pm to 8.30 pm
